Question: I haven’t received my tracking number?
Answer: Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be sent to you via email. Note that orders are not fulfilled on weekends. If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be fulfilled on Monday.


Question: Where is my order?
Answer: Please use your tracking number to locate your order, as it is 100% accurate in showing its current location. Your tracking number will be sent to you separately via email after your order is placed.


Question: How long does delivery take?
Answer: Our typical delivery time is 4-6 days. However, due to high demand, some orders may take up to 14 days to arrive.
